I Graduated
Yesterday, I Graduated from Texas A&M University - Commerce in Masters in Computer Science.
The Grad walk was awsome. A set of mixed feelings can be found in the crowd.

Idea Patenting
While reading some Tech blogs, i have got an idea, which will change once life.
I want that to be patented, so i googled and got this.

then learned, we can protect ideas but not can be patented. Pch.. its so sad, what if some one got the same idea after many days and i working on that idea to get the result, all my work may be a waste.

I am a Boxee
Now i am using Boxee Alpha ( http://boxee.tv ) in my Mac OS X
what i used to see via CBS , Hulu , Youtube etc are at one place now.
and also, Boxee is like all in one media browser for network photos , videos and stored pictures, videos in the laptop.
i love the transparent play.
hope , boxee will come to beta some day

I am now MediaWiki powerd
Since a long time, i was thinking, where can i share my knowledge ? , i tried a lot of things , but wiki is the best one to share.
so i now started wiki’ing at http://wiki.pratyush.in
I named it after my AKA name “ScriptMan Wiki ”
It mainly contains, all the docs, i use/used in my past and present experience with Servers / Systems / Networks.
I made them CreativeCommons Share alike licensed.
and in some of the posts , the original credit goes to original thread writers.
So if you are a LAMP or Cpanel or any Gnu/Linux or Opensource Server Admin, the wiki will help you alot.

Today morning , while checking my bookmarks in Firfox 3 , i saw recommendations from Firefox in Getting Started page.
LinkedIn - Professional Networking site.
I belive in networking and where abouts in WWW , so created my Linkedin Profile
I started from registering to completing the profile , and it does have very good flow in the registration process and profile updating.

Know your self, know your community , know about india and what should we need to do for ourselves and for society.
Its all in Delhi-6. Very good Screen play .
Indian values were very rich in every shot.
I love the movie. There is a feel in it.
the roots of Delhi suburbs with cinematic touch will give a hit to Delhi-6.
Situational songs made the movie ” a flow ” . kudos to A.R.Rahman for excellent music.

I have a g.ho.st now
I am now g.ho.st powered. g.ho.st is Global Hosted Operating SysTem .
By using cloud computing they made this possible.
its easy , powerfull and having most of the daily applications as we need.
as default they are giving 5 GB of storage space and 1 GB of Mail space.(expandable)
its like a computer in the air . wherever you go you can have your computer with you. there just need a browser with internet connection.
i started loving this .
by the way i am writing this thread from G.ho.st Browser ( alpha) in “pratyush @ g.ho.st”
I tested Indic websites in this browser too. they are working .
so folks start g.ho.st ing .
